General Role
The Director of Fundraising, Sponsorships, and Travel leads IMMERSE’s fundraising initiatives, sponsorship outreach, donation partnerships, internal funding requests, and travel coordination. This role also supports communication with organizations and community partners that IMMERSE fundraises for or donates to.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead IMMERSE fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, donation drives, charity partnerships, and fundraising events.
- Maintain close communication with organizations, nonprofits, charities, or community partners that IMMERSE fundraises for or donates to.
- Develop sponsorship proposals, fundraising materials, and donor outreach messages.
- Track fundraising progress, sponsorship conversations, donation commitments, and relationships with partner organizations.
- Coordinate travel logistics for conferences, retreats, presentations, and other club-related opportunities.
- Work with the President, External Vice President, and Director of Finances & Grants to align fundraising goals with club needs and budget limitations.
- Ensure fundraising and sponsorship efforts reflect IMMERSE’s mission and community values.
