  • Oversee the development of podcasts, blogs, and other internal initiatives created by the Director of Digital Media.
  • Oversee the Director of Finances and Grants to ensure funding progress is moving forward, budgets are organized, and club funds are being used responsibly.
  • Oversee the Director of Projects to ensure members are connected with projects that match their interests, skills, and goals.
  • Check in with the Director of Immersive Development to identify whether IMMERSE has the means to support project teams that need additional technology, software, equipment, or technical support.
  • Support internal coordination between directors so projects, meetings, media, and funding efforts stay aligned with IMMERSE’s mission.
  • Help maintain a collaborative club culture where members have space to share ideas, learn from each other, and contribute meaningfully.
  • Step in for the President when needed for internal club matters.
  • Serve as one of the main representatives of IMMERSE in communications with UCLA departments, advisors, university programs, outside organizations, and major collaborators.
